New unopened merchandise returned within 30 days will receive a full refund less our shipping costs. DEFECTIVE RETURNS & WARRANTY
Please request our return request form and provide the part number, date of purchase and invoice number to receive a return authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any defective merchandise. Returns sent back without authorization will be returned to the sender at his/her expense. Defective product will be repaired or replaced with a similar model or in some cases we may refer your case to the manufacturer for support at our discretion. Some manufacturers require the end user to deal with them directly for warranty support, and we will honor their procedures where applicable.
Any refused shipments or orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, missing buzzer codes, no-one available to sign, etc. that are returned to us by the courier will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the returned shipment and the original freight cost. If the customer requests that these orders be re-shipped, we will waive the 15% restocking charge. Special orders and DVR cards will not be refunded.
